Application & prospectus for the KGCE courses are available in our office. The candidate must fill the application form properly and need to submit in our office along with the following documents.

• Conduct certificates from head of the institution last attended/parish vicar/NSS karayogam/SNDP Yogam/Yogakshema sabha/ Jamaat-e-Islami or any other social organizations.
• Original and attested copy of S.S.L.C certificate.
• TC
• Income certificate
• Cast certificate (Only for SC/ST/OEC students)
• Aadhaar card copy
• Ration card copy

At the time of interview the candidate should be present at our office with parents along with the original certificates. Those who are selected shall come with their parents within three days or otherwise the admission will lapse.

• 10% of the total seats available in 7 branches are reserved for SC/ST/OEC students. The financial concession and other benefits prescribed by govt rule from time to time.
• 10% of student’s whose annual family income is below Rs.50000/- are given fee concession without considering their cast or religion.
• Coffe board, tea board, Rubber board concessions
• Many scholarships / endowments from M.K. Karunakaran Nair, G. Chinnamma, Kallarakkal Thazhath, pala, Memmorial trust

• As prescribed by the government from time to time.
